Common use of Sprint PCS Products and Services Clause in Contracts

Sprint PCS Products and Services. Manager must offer for sale, promote and support all Sprint PCS Products and Services within the Service Area, unless the parties otherwise agree in advance in writing. Within the Service Area, Manager may only sell, promote and support wireless products and services that are Sprint PCS Products and Services or are other products and services authorized under Section 3.2.
