Spring Activities. full stipend payment on the first pay period in May. Should an employee receive a stipend payment and be unable to complete the stipend activity, the District will redeem the pro-rated amount of the incomplete stipend on the first paycheck after notification that the employee cannot complete the activity. The District will provide to all employees receiving a stipend a listing of all stipends the employee is to receive and the payment amount for each stipend by the first paycheck in November.
