Common use of Spread Account Clause in Contracts

Spread Account. In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007-A2) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

Spread Account. In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007C(2006-A2C1) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

Spread Account. In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007A(2006-A2) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

Spread Account. In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007-A2A4) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007B(2007-A2B2) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007A(2006-A2A3) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007D(2005-A2D2) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007A(2005-A2A5) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007A(2006-A2A7) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.

Spread Account. In accordance with Section 4.24(a) of the AdvantaSeries Indenture Supplement, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Transferor shall deposit, cause to be deposited or maintain funds in the Spread Account such that immediately after the issuance of the Class A(2007D(2006-A2D1) Notes, the ratio of the amount on deposit in the Spread Account to the Required Spread Account Amount is equal to or greater than the same ratio immediately preceding such issuance.
