Common use of Spouse's Age Clause in Contracts

Spouse's Age. If a Spouse who is entitled to a benefit under this Article 2 is more than ten (10) years younger than the Executive, any benefit payable to the Spouse under Section 2.3(a) (but not 2.3(b)) shall be reduced by 1/20 for each full year of age difference more than ten (10).
