DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. The Contractor’s current DIR registration number and the current DIR registration number of all subcontractors will be listed on the Subcontractor and LBE Participation Verification Form, incorporated herein.
Per-‐Registrar Transactions Report This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-‐value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-‐transactions-‐yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-‐TLD, the A-‐label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported. Transfer Agent and Registrar The Trustees shall have power to employ a transfer agent or transfer agents, and a registrar or registrars, with respect to the Shares. The transfer agent or transfer agents may keep the applicable register and record therein, the original issues and transfers, if any, of the said Shares. Any such transfer agents and/or registrars shall perform the duties usually performed by transfer agents and registrars of certificates of stock in a corporation, as modified by the Trustees.

ICANN testing registrar Registry Operator agrees that ICANN will have a testing registrar used for purposes of measuring the SLRs described above. Registry Operator agrees to not provide any differentiated treatment for the testing registrar other than no billing of the transactions. ICANN shall not use the registrar for registering domain names (or other registry objects) for itself or others, except for the purposes of verifying contractual compliance with the conditions described in this Agreement. Pricing for Registry Services (a) With respect to initial domain name registrations, Registry Operator shall provide ICANN and each ICANN accredited registrar that has executed the registry-‐registrar agreement for the TLD advance written notice of any price increase (including as a result of the elimination of any refunds, rebates, discounts, product tying or other programs which had the effect of reducing the price charged to registrars, unless such refunds, rebates, discounts, product tying or other programs are of a limited duration that is clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the registrar when offered) of no less than thirty (30) calendar days. Registry Operator shall offer registrars the option to obtain initial domain name registrations for periods of one (1) to ten (10) years at the discretion of the registrar, but no greater than ten (10) years.
Registrar and Paying Agent The Company shall maintain an office or agency where Notes may be presented for registration of transfer or for exchange ("Registrar") and an office or agency where Notes may be presented for payment ("Paying Agent").
