SPLIT VACATION. ▇. ▇▇ Employee may request a “Split” Vacation subject to the approval of the Chief of Fire and Township Administrator. An Employee can request no more than ninety-six (96) consecutive work hours of Vacation during the months of June, July and August. An Employee can request and take any combination of consecutive working days of Vacation during the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November or December. B. An Employee may request a “Split” Vacation for months other than June, July and August, subject to the approval of the Chief of Fire and Township Administrator without recourse to the Grievance Procedure over such denial.
