The Split Resource Owner has provided to the CAISO an initial draft guidance document defining principles for the Resource’s Master File characteristics, the allocation of both Maintenance and Forced Outages between the Split Resources, and separately, the logical meter calculation for Settlement Quality Meter Data. TheSplit Resource Owner shall provide a final draft of the guidance document to the CAISO no later than May 31, 2020 (“Split Resource Allocation Protocol”).
