Common use of Split Classes Clause in Contracts

Split Classes. The District will not assign a K-6 general education teacher with less than three (3) years of teaching experience to a split class, unless no other options are available. Every effort, including the hiring of new employees, will be made to minimize the number of K-6 general education split classes.
