Specified Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Parties’ rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement (including the licenses granted under Section 2.1 and Section 2.2, and the sublicensing rights granted under Section 2.3) with respect to the specific items of Intellectual Property set forth on Exhibit H shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth therein.
