Common use of Specifications Changes Clause in Contracts

Specifications Changes. (a) Supplier will manufacture Product in accordance with the Specifications. (b) Supplier will notify Google in writing ninety (90) days in advance of implementing any change to a Product, including, without limitation, any change to the: form, fit, function, design, appearance, location of manufacture, components, component vendor, or manufacturing process of any Product. (c) Any change to the form, fit, or function of a Product that makes the Product no longer meet its Specification will be deemed a discontinuation of that Product and Supplier will give Google notice of such discontinuation pursuant to Section 4.9 above.
