Specifications and Guidelines. 1.1.1 This specification is compiled for the purposes of establishing a Multiparty Framework Agreement for Electrical Services for Local Authorities. 1.1.2 The technical requirements set out in this General Specification are non-specific. All works will be undertaken in compliance with the technical standards as detailed and any further technical requirements as set out in Mini Competitions.
