Bord Gáis shall be entitled to terminate its obligation to perform Operational Siteworks the subject matter of an Operational Siteworks Request properly submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement pursuant to this Agreement at any time by notice in writing to the other Party (the “Specific Termination Notice”) if;-
