Specific Purposes. This Agreement is entered into in order to exercise such common power, and the additional powers granted to the Authority under the Act, or under any other applicable law, for the purpose of effectuating the acquisition, operation and maintenance of any Watershed Projects and/or Water Supply Projects undertaken pursuant hereto. Such purpose will be accomplished and the powers exercised in the manner herein set forth.
