Specific Provision re. VEHICLE PARKING. Tenant shall be entitled to use the number of vehicle parking spaces in the Project allocated to Tenant in Section 1.11 of the Lease without paying any additional rent. Tenant's parking within the striped parking areas shall not be reserved and shall be limited to vehicles no larger than standard size automobiles or pickup utility vehicles. Tenant shall not cause large trucks or other large vehicles to be parked within the Project except within designated loading areas or temporary parking areas equipped with concrete support pads. Temporary parking of large delivery vehicles in the Project may be permitted by the rules and regulations established by Landlord. Vehicles shall be parked only in striped parking spaces and not in driveways, loading areas or other locations not specifically designated for parking. Handicapped spaces shall only be used by those legally permitted to use them. If Tenant parks more vehicles in the parking area than the number set forth in Section 1.11 of this Lease, such conduct shall be a material breach of this Lease. In addition to Landlord's other remedies under the Lease, Tenant shall pay a daily charge determined by Landlord for each such additional vehicle.
