SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Sample Clauses
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. Contractor shall comply with all obligations and duties under the Contract. In addition, the Contractor shall adhere to the following performance standards: DSHS will monitor Contactor’s performance of the requirements in the Contract and compliance with the Contract's terms and conditions. To determine the effectiveness of Contractor providing COVID-19 vaccine administration services, DSHS will monitor how Contractor completes the following performance measures:
1. Ensuring that 100% of COVID-19 vaccination events are properly staffed and equipped;
2. Ensuring that 100% of COVID-19 vaccination events begin on time;
3. Ensuring that 100% of unused vaccines are properly dropped off on the day of the Event with an accompanying data logger that was in use from the time the vaccines were picked up;
4. Ensuring that 100% of COVID-19 vaccine administration data is entered in the DSHS system for documenting vaccine encounters within 24 hours of the vaccine administration;
5. Submitting any vaccine administration errors or needlestick injuries to all appropriate Contractors; and
6. Ensuring that any paper records recorded during the vaccination event were timely submitted to the appropriate Texas Public Health Entity.
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. 1.36.1 Contractor shall comply with all obligations and duties under the Contract. In addition, Contractor shall adhere to the following performance standards:
1.36.2 Service Delivery: 99 percent of all trips that were assigned and accepted by Contractor were completed. Client cancellations, Client No Shows and Contractor No Shows are excluded.
1.36.3 On Time Pick-up: 95 percent of all trips in which the Client was picked up and dropped off were within 15 minutes but no more than one hour prior to their scheduled appointment time.
1.36.4 Hospital Discharge: 95 percent of all trips in which the Client is picked up were within 3 hours of the Client or advocate notifying Contractor to initiate the trip.
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. In the event that Service Agent becomes aware of a failure to meet a Performance Standard provided in the Operating Regulations, Service Agent shall promptly: (a) investigate, assemble, and preserve pertinent information with respect to, and document the causes of, the problem, including performing a root cause analysis of the problem; (b) conduct a joint review with American Express to review the failure and discuss remedial action; (c) advise American Express, as and to the extent requested by American Express, of the status of remedial efforts being undertaken; (d) use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of and correct the problem and begin meeting the Performance Standard; and (e) implement measures designed to prevent recurrence of the problem.
