Common use of Specialists Clause in Contracts

Specialists. Direct Doctors Physicians shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover Specialists’ fees or fees due to any medical professional other than Direct Doctors Physicians.

Specialists. Direct Doctors Physicians Physician shall coordinate with medical specialists and primary care physicians to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees Fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover Specialists’ specialist's fees or fees due to any medical professional other than Direct Doctors Physiciansto the Practice.

Specialists. Direct Doctors Physicians MEDICAL PRACTICE Physician shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred in order to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover Specialistsspecialists’ fees or fees due to any medical professional other than Direct Doctors Physiciansthe MEDICAL PRACTICE.

Specialists. Direct Doctors Physicians Advanced Primary Care Physician shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover Specialistsspecialists’ fees or fees due to any medical professional other than Direct Doctors Physiciansthe Advanced Primary Care Physician.

Specialists. Direct Doctors Physicians Your Prose Medical Physician shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover Specialistsspecialists’ fees or fees due to any medical professional other than Direct Doctors Physiciansthe Prose Medical Physician.
