Special Exceptions. (a) All taxes subsequent to the year 1996 not Yet due or payable and any additional taxes resulting from reassessment of subject property. (b) This policy of title insurance affords assurance as to the location of the boundary lines of subject property, but does not insure the engineering calculations in computing the exact amount of acreage contained therein.
