Special Enrollment Due to Acquiring New Dependents. This Contract shall provide for a special enrollment period during which You may apply to add new Dependents. The Subscriber must complete and submit a health questionnaire to Us within the special enrollment period. To add a Newly Born Infant (natural born or adopted), a Change of Status Card must be completed, as described below. If accepted, the new Dependent will be assigned the next available Effective Date. Premiums may be adjusted for the additional coverage if adding the new Dependent changes the class of coverage under the Contract.
