Special Education Aides and Assistants. 4. Employees who make such a referral will be eligible for a payment of $1,000 after their referral's successful completion of six (6) months of employment and an additional $1,000 after their referral's successful completion of the school year for those employees in an active pay status as of the last day of the 2022-23 school year. Payments will be processed during the last pay period of each month following achievement of defined goals.
