Special Children. The Board acknowledges that special children may require special assistance. Whenever it appears that a student requires special assistance, the Board will take steps to provide, if needed, psychological services, social work services, speech therapy, homebound services, occupational/physical therapy, work study, teacher counseling, intensive support, learning resource center and the support of the police liaison officer.
