Common use of Special Case Clause in Contracts

Special Case. In the special case where both the following conditions are true, Procurement Officer’s signature on the Acceptance is Contractor’s authorization to perform and therefore no Order is required: 3. 12.4.1. the Contract is identified as being a “single-agency/single-project” contract and 3. 12.4.2. the Contract was created in The State’s e-Procurement System as something other than a “Master/ Blanket” type. 3.12.5.
