SPECIAL BUYER AND SELLER CONDITIONS. Seller shall cooperate with the Buyer in providing access to information reasonably necessary and in Seller’s actual possession to complete any portion of due diligence/feasibility review. In that regard, within ten (10) calendar days of the Effective Date, Seller shall provide to Buyer and Eastgate the following documents, if available and in Seller’s possession: environmental reports, geologic and soil condition reports for the property.
