Common use of Special Allocation Clause in Contracts

Special Allocation. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Section 9.3(b) or (c) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 9.2 and this Section 9.3(f), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Section 9.3(b) or (c) had not occurred.

Special Allocation. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Section 9.3(b3(b) or (c) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 9.2 2 and this Section 9.3(f3(i), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Section 9.3(b3(b) or (c) had not occurred.

Special Allocation. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Section 9.3(b10.3(b) or (c10.3(c) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 9.2 10.2 and this Section 9.3(f10.3(h), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Section 9.3(b10.3(b) or (c10.3(c) had not occurred.

Special Allocation. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Section 9.3(b10.3(b) or (c) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 9.2 10.2 and this Section 9.3(f10.3(i), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Section 9.3(b10.3(b) or (c) had not occurred.
