Common use of Special Additive Equipment Clause in Contracts

Special Additive Equipment. As set forth in a Purchase Order, and subject to the other provisions set forth herein and the availability of suitable space in a Terminal, TLO shall install and maintain at the Terminals, at Tesoro's sole risk, cost and expense, such special additive equipment as may be desirable for Products to be delivered to Tesoro's account hereunder. The engineering and installation of any fixture, equipment or appurtenance placed on the Terminals in respect thereof shall be subject to TLO's prior approval and supervision. During the Term, TLO shall operate the special additive equipment with any fees therefor to be set forth in a Purchase Order.
