Common use of Special Additive Equipment Clause in Contracts

Special Additive Equipment. At the request of Tesoro, and subject to the other provisions set forth herein and the availability of suitable space in a Terminal, TLO shall install and maintain at the Terminals, at Tesoro’s sole risk, cost and expense, such special additive equipment as may be desirable for Products to be delivered to Tesoro’s account hereunder. The engineering and installation of any fixture, equipment or appurtenance placed on the Terminals in respect thereof shall be subject to TLO’s prior approval and supervision. During the Term of this Agreement, TLO shall operate the special additive equipment, and TLO shall be paid a fee for such operation in accordance with the terms in respect of additive handling fees specified in Schedule B attached hereto. The location, ownership, installation, and maintenance of such special additive equipment shall be as specified in writing by Tesoro.
