SPAREBOARD COMMITTEE. Two Spareboard representatives shall be appointed by the Union and two spareboard representatives will be appointed by the Employer. The Local President or designate and the CAW National Staff Representative may attend where required. Two CAW representatives shall be paid straight time by the Employer for all the time spent at such meetings, and this shall not be considered time worked. Meetings shall be held quarterly or as required by the parties.
