Spare Parts Representative. The Seller shall provide [*] to the Buyer the services of [*] Seller spare parts representative, for the duration specified in Appendix B to this Clause 15, to assist the Buyer with the planning, receipt and follow-up of its initial provisioning orders as well as to generally liaise between the Buyer and the Seller in any matters related to Material (the “Spare Parts Representative”).
