Common use of Space Clause in Contracts

Space. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Institution agrees that User may use the following Space or Space and equipment at the Institution: (INSERT DESCRIPTION OF SPACE AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED) Permitted Use.
