SPACE RESERVATION. 81.1. The parties may reserve physical collocation space for their own specific uses for the remainder of the current year, plus twelve (12) months in accordance with Section 80. Neither Embarq, nor any of its affiliates, will reserve space for future use on terms more favorable than those that apply to other telecommunications carriers seeking to reserve collocation space for their own future use.
