Sourcing of Fresh Food Products. To the extent this Agreement provides for Contractor to provide fresh food products, Contractor shall provide assistance in planning for, sourcing and marketing local food products. If the fresh food products include produce, then the District prefers to use local produce when it is in season and when it is a lower cost. Local is defined by produce grown in Georgia or a state that touches Georgia.
