Common use of Source Hiring Program Clause in Contracts

Source Hiring Program. The Owner must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and the Owner is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.
