Source Code Inspection. As soon as possible and within 30 days after execution of the Settlement Agreement, TikTok will make the source code of the App available for inspection for a period of 30 days to a third-party expert retained by Class Counsel who has signed the required confidentiality agreement. Class Counsel and TikTok will meet and confer should the expert reasonably require additional time to review the source code.
