Source Code and Documentation. Successful Respondent shall, promptly as it is developed by Successful Respondent, provide DIR with the source code, if any, and object code and documentation for all Developed Materials owned by DIR pursuant to Section 14.2(a). Such source code and technical documentation shall be sufficient to allow a reasonably knowledgeable and experienced programmer to maintain and support such Materials. The user documentation for such Materials shall accurately describe in terms understandable by a typical Authorized User the functions and features of such Materials and the procedures for exercising such functions and features.
