Solid Waste Facilities. 4.5.1 The building shall include designated space for three five stream (refuse, recycling and composting) source separation services in accordance with By-law S-600 as amended from time to time. This designated space for source separation services shall be shown on the building plans and approved by the Development Officer and Building Inspector in consultation with Solid Waste Resources. 4.5.2 All refuse and recycling materials shall be contained within a building consistent with Schedule E.
