Common use of Solicitation of Clients Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Clients. For so long as Executive is employed by the Company, and for a period of one year following termination of employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly solicit or accept business of the type conducted by the Company and/or the Group during the Term from any person or entity for whom (to the knowledge of Executive) the Company or the Group then or has, during the 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of termination, provided products and/or rendered services.
