Antisolicitation. The Executive promises and agrees that, during the period of his employment by the Company and for a period of one year thereafter, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. During the period of Employee's employment with the Company and for a period of two (2) years after termination of Employee's employment for any reason (the "Antisolicitation Period"), Employee shall not influence or attempt to influence customers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries either directly or indirectly, to divert their business from the Company to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity that is in substantial competition with any business then being actively conducted by the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Employee's employment is terminated under the Agreement by the Company other than pursuant to Section 4(a)(i), or by Employee pursuant to Section 4(b)(i) or Section 4(b)(ii), the term Antisolicitation Period shall mean the period during which Employee is employed by the Company.
