Solicitation Forms Clause Samples
The SOLICITATION FORMS clause defines the requirement for parties to use specific forms or documents when submitting bids or proposals in response to a solicitation. Typically, this clause outlines which forms must be completed, how they should be filled out, and the manner in which they are to be submitted—such as electronically or in hard copy. By standardizing the submission process, this clause ensures consistency, facilitates efficient evaluation of responses, and reduces the risk of incomplete or non-compliant proposals.

1. Go to ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/.
2. Under the Services section, click on “Procurement”.
3. On the Purchasing Page locate the Department Links to the left of the page and click on the “Bid Board” option.
4. Click on “All Solicitations” option and locate the project from the list.
Solicitation Forms. All Contract forms must be completed (with all blanks filled in), executed and properly notarized (if applicable).
