Common use of Sole Electrical Representative Clause in Contracts

Sole Electrical Representative. Tenant agrees that Landlord shall be the sole and exclusive representative with respect to, and shall maintain exclusive control over, the reception, utilization and distribution of electrical power, regardless of point or means of origin, use or generation.
