Common use of Sole Discretion of Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Sole Discretion of Mortgagee. Wherever pursuant to this Security Instrument (a) Mortgagee exercises any right given to it to approve or disapprove, (b) any arrangement or term is to be satisfactory to Mortgagee, or (c) any other decision or determination is to be made by Mortgagee, the decision of Mortgagee to approve or disapprove, all decisions that arrangements or terms are satisfactory or not satisfactory and all other decisions and determinations made by Mortgagee, shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be in the sole and absolute discretion of Mortgagee, except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically provided herein or in any of the other Loan Documents.
