The City recognizes that limited roof area exists for the Developer to incorporate solar panels and that the Developer is constrained in its ability to generate a substantial amount of power through solar. Nevertheless, the Developer agrees to incorporate solar panels where feasible, with the location of the panels to be the Developer’s sole discretion, to provide some amount of solar power to a building feature or component.
