Software Usage. Rights of Use Usage: Software may only be used with the Box. Scope: the right of use is limited to the modules of the Software referred to in the Order Form. The Software may only be used for (i) the number of servers or (ii) the number of equipments (iii) the number of control points specified in the Order Form. On Premise use of the Software is attached to EV Infra professional services subscription, as specified in the Order Form.
