Common use of Software Upgrades and Enhancements Clause in Contracts

Software Upgrades and Enhancements. Vendor shall: 28.1. Supply at no additional cost updated versions of the Software to operate on upgraded versions of operating systems, upgraded versions of firmware, or upgraded versions of hardware; 28.2. Supply at no additional cost updated versions of the Software that encompass improvements, extensions, maintenance updates, error corrections, or other changes that are logical improvements or extensions of the original Software supplied to WSDOT; and 28.3. Supply at no additional cost interface modules that are developed by Vendor for interfacing the Software to other Software products.

Supply at no additional cost updated versions of the Software to operate on upgraded versions of operating systems, upgraded versions of firmware, or upgraded versions of hardware; 28.225.2. Supply at no additional cost updated versions of the Software that encompass improvements, extensions, maintenance updates, error corrections, or other changes that are logical improvements or extensions of the original Software supplied to WSDOT; and 28.3. Supply at no additional cost interface modules that are developed by Vendor for interfacing the Software to other Software products.
