Software Suggestions. Customer may submit suggestions to AVEVA identifying desired improvements in the Software. AVEVA retains the right to determine the final disposition of all such suggestions and Customer recognizes that AVEVA is free to use such suggestions in any manner. If AVEVA decides, in its sole judgment, to incorporate any such suggestion, it will do so by providing Customer with an Update, as described in Section 10.2.4 (Software Updates) below.
