Software Suggestions Clause Samples
Software Suggestions. Customer may submit suggestions to AVEVA identifying desired improvements in the Software. AVEVA retains the right to determine the final disposition of all such suggestions and Customer recognizes that AVEVA is free to use such suggestions in any manner. If AVEVA decides, in its sole judgment, to incorporate any such suggestion, it will do so by providing Customer with an Update, as described in Section 10.2.4 (Software Updates) below.
Software Suggestions. TeamSpeak Systems GmbH welcomes suggestions for enhancing TeamSpeak software and any accompanying documentation that may result in computer programs, reports, p resentations, documents, ideas or inventions relating or useful to TeamSpeak Sys tems GmbH's business. You acknowledge that all title, ownership rights, and inte llectual property rights concerning such suggestions shall become the exclusive property of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH and may be used for its business purposes in its sole discretion without any payment or accounting to you.
