Common use of Software Programs Clause in Contracts

Software Programs. Contractor will use the software programs designated or otherwise approved by the City to collect, use, process, store, or generate all data and information, without or without Personal Information, in connection with the Services, or any other affiliated services provided by Contractor. Contractor will fully comply with any and all requirements and conditions associated with the use of such software programs as designated from time to time by the City, the State Government, or the Federal Government.
