Software Products. We do not process personal data through our software products. But in the case of unauthorized use or illegal use of computer files generated with an unlicensed version of our products we may process communications and utilization data. In this regard, the processing of this data is based on Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our purpose and legitimate interest are to monitor compliance with the licensing terms of IDM's software products [XXXX] and the prevention, enforcement, as well as prosecution of infringements.
