Common use of Software Product Clause in Contracts

Subscription Charges are invoiced annually in advance as from (i) the Activation Date or, in case the date defined in the Quote is delayed and such delay is not caused or attributable to Nextlane, (ii) maximum three (3) months from the Start Date, and every twelve months thereafter.
