SOFTWARE PRODUCT MAINTENANCE. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ONESOFT will provide Software Maintenance Services to CLIENT for each Software Product for so long as CLIENT has timely satisfied all payment obligations for Software Maintenance Services Fees as defined in and set forth in the applicable Product Addendum. ONESOFT shall have no obligation to provide Software Maintenance Services, however, unless the installed Software Product is the then-current Version Release and is utilized on a Server of a type supported by ONESOFT.
