SOFTWARE PRICES. 4.1 Software Prices - The prices payable by the Distributor for the Software are set out in Schedule "B" hereto. All prices are quoted F.O.B. Sideware's shipping points, exclusive of taxes, shipping, and insurance charges, which shall all be the Distributor's costs.
