Software Maintenance and Support. 3.1. Software Maintenance and Support RPI will provide Client maintenance and support for the Software as described in the associated Statement of Work or sales order. The initial term of the Software Maintenance and Support will commence upon the first day of the month following the invoice date for the associated Software. Client will pay RPI the fees for the Software Maintenance and Support as provided in the Sales Order.
